Tradition means recognizing your roots and then taking things one step forward. For us, tradition and innovation have always been closely linked. Set near the beautiful Texas hill country, Xdesk meticulously makes each piece by hand and with incredible attention to detail, even in areas never seen.

Each desk is made from solid aluminum or steel, alluding to a time when furniture was built to last. You’ll find fascinating lines and materials set Xdesk apart from every other desk on earth and make them truly unique.

Each Xdesk starts with hand selected solid, sustainable materials like Plantation Oak, Bamboo and recycled aluminum. Then, our craftsman follow a multi-step process of shaping the frame from metal and carving the desktops. Finally, precision electro-mechanical columns are fitted to each desk or workstation and quality tested. One at a time. True custom Texas made quality.

What began as a simple idea to create an ergonomic desk quickly lead to something a bit more complex—an adjustable height desk with powered telescoping integrated columns. Technical language aside, Xdesk is now known as a leading innovator in the design and manufacture of power adjustable height desks.

The idea for the new Xdesk Vintage collection springs from strolling around in old Texas cities, exploring the urban fringe. We were drawn in by all of the industrial furniture in previously abandoned places like old breweries and run-down factory buildings. Made from steel, each desk in our Vintage line features over 80 hand welds and alludes to a time when furniture was built to last. You will find functional and striking pieces from our workshop, which will fit right in at home, in the office or in your living space.

Over the years we have made thousands of desks that improve the daily life for thousands of people all over the world. We’ve also made desks for talk show celebrities, famous musicians and the highest scoring NBA player.

Austin has quickly became a top destination spot. The "live music capital of the world" offers music festivals, abundant sunshine and beautiful natural surroundings that entice people of all ages. Our vision is to create an Xdesk that can journey the world with you, and exhibit a character and charm that tell a story. We believe in designs that are simple, timeless, rugged and durable.
